All AEVRA orders are part of an early access pre-sale. By placing an order, you are securing your product from our first production run.
We currently anticipate pre-sale orders to begin fulfillment within approximately 120 days of purchase. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed shipping date. Production, quality control, manufacturing, and logistics timelines may change as we complete our first production run.
If we are unable to fulfill your order within the estimated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated timeline
Customers will be kept informed throughout the process. Order updates, production progress, and shipping notifications will be sent via email. Please ensure you opt in to receive these updates at checkout.
Once orders are fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times after shipment will depend on your location and the selected carrier.
As a startup, we are committed to transparency and will communicate any delays or changes as early as possible.
