AEVRA may offer products for purchase during a pre-launch or pre-sale period. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not yet available for immediate shipment and that fulfillment timelines are estimates only and may change. You agree that delays may occur and that such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, chargeback, or refund except where required by applicable law. You further acknowledge that you are supporting an early-stage product release and accept the associated risks.
We ship to customers worldwide where permitted. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AEVRA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to its terms, including any limitations, exclusions, and conditions.
If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize AEVRA to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions remain active until canceled by you in accordance with the instructions provided.

For customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area, additional rights may apply under local consumer protection laws, including potential withdrawal rights where applicable.
