Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.
If you experience an issue with your order or receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@aevra.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond via email as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to assess all claims on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate resolution.
For residents of Quebec and international customers, this policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, certain rights and remedies may apply and will take precedence over this policy.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are non-refundable.
Returns may be subject to additional shipping costs or local import regulations.
Quebec Residents
If you are a resident of Quebec, nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec).
In the event of a conflict between this policy and applicable Quebec consumer protection laws, such laws shall prevail to the extent required.
EU & EEA Customers
If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA), you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, unless an exemption applies, including for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Where applicable, refunds are processed in accordance with EU law and this Refund Policy.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy, including repeated refund requests from the same customer or household.
Policy Updates
AEVRA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to https://aevra.com and will not apply retroactively to orders placed prior to the update.
