This Subscription Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy of AEVRA Inc. By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

AEVRA does not currently offer subscription services, recurring billing, or automatic product deliveries. All purchases made through the website at this time are one-time transactions only.

Any references to subscriptions, recurring orders, automatic renewals, or membership programs are not active and do not apply to current purchases. Customers will not be enrolled in any recurring billing arrangement and will not be charged beyond their initial purchase.

If AEVRA introduces subscription services in the future, updated terms will be published on the website and will apply only to customers who actively enroll in such services at that time.

All current purchases remain subject to AEVRA’s Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. Orders placed during any pre-launch or pre-sale period are considered final and are not part of any subscription offering.

AEVRA reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription services at any time without prior notice. Any future subscription offering will require explicit customer consent at checkout.

For residents of Quebec and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, this policy is subject to applicable laws, and any non-waivable rights will prevail where required.

For customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area, additional rights may apply under local consumer protection laws. Where applicable, such rights will take precedence over this policy to the extent required.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
